I’m a law student interning in NYC this summer at Rockefeller Center. Have never lived in NYC so would prefer a place somewhat close to work – anywhere between 1st and 80th West or East. I have lived for the last 6 years on the UWS in an apartment share with 2 other females but my landlady passed away and they are selling my apartment and I need to be out by 31 March.
