Female Student Seeking Cat-Friendly Apartment Share

I will be beginning my PhD program at Fordham in August and need a place somewhere in the general vicinity of the university (UES, UWS, Riverdale, New Jersey, Harlem, Astoria, I’m really not too picky). I would prefer a private room. I have two low-allergenic cats. I’m looking for something in around $1k a month. This would be a long-term arrangement and I am happy to sign onto a lease. I do keep kosher (currently a dairy-only kitchen with kosher ingredients) and Shabbat but as long as the kitchen stays kosher and the atmosphere isn’t completely disruptive during Shabbat, I’m pretty flexible. Let me know if this sounds like a good match! Female roommates preferred.
